This two-year NYSED-Approved CTE Program allows high school juniors and seniors to explore careers in childcare. Students will begin the work towards earning the Child Development Associate (CDA) certificate. Students will gain real-world experience working in the Teens & Tots Preschool and in the East Rochester Elementary school. Through a blending of rigorous academic and experiential activities, students in this two-year NYSED-Approved CTE Program explore the history of law enforcement and develop an understanding of civil and criminal law.
